Restaurant Nordic Taste Lab
On 9 March, Nordic Taste Lab will open in the heart of Lundby on Hisingen – a new meeting place for Nordic flavours. It is not a lunch restaurant in the usual sense – but a hub for food innovation, taste and sustainability. Here, new ways of working with raw materials will be tested and enjoyed, in close collaboration with local producers.
